Summary: “Players are real estate agencies competing to build the homes demanded by the market before their rivals, trying to achieve the highest possible profit, assisted by room modules with equipment and by investing in neighborhoods. At the start of the game, four cards are drawn from two different decks– houses and rooms. Players choose characters in a quick open draft and start the game with 3 fund tokens and 2 cards from the room deck. A basic game turn could include taking a room, building a house or a public building, and finally investing in one of the four neighborhoods. Every time a player takes a room, they can perform its ability. There are 7 different abilities that players to draw more cards, discard houses, exchange houses, invest in neighborhoods, steal funds previously invested in the neighborhoods, etc. Values of the various neighborhoods will fluctuate as houses are built and funds in that neighborhood are invested or corrupted.”
